Presenter: Michael Clemens
Mike is the Director of Sales for Controls and Total Solutions for Acuity Brands’ Northeast Region. Previously he was Sr. Value Stream Manager for the nLight and Sensor Switch product lines at Acuity Brands, leading the group responsible for product development, product marketing and marketing communications. Prior to Acuity, Mike spent 7+ years at Newell Rubbermaid in various sales and marketing management roles and was responsible for launching and growing the RHINO product line in the Electrical and datacomm markets. He also managed the IRWIN and LENOX channel marketing team for Newell Rubbermaid in the Electrical, Plumbing and Construction markets. A veteran of the datacomm and telecom markets, Mike has previously directed the marketing functions for LAN and Fiber connectivity products as well as high speed fiber optic transport systems. Mike holds a BA from Siena College and an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
