Introducing a New IES Omaha Section Award Category
Do you have a project that was completed after January 1st 2023 but you were just not able to submit for the 2024 IES Illumination Awards program? Fear not!
New for this year, the IES Omaha Section is announcing “The People’s Choice Award”. We want to show off your projects on our Section LinkedIn page, and we want to make it easier for you to receive awards for those projects that are just too small to submit a full Illumination Award.
If you have a project with exceptional lighting, submit your best photo and we will feature it on LinkedIn. Photos can be impromptu or professionally taken and can be of spaces, details, mockups, construction progress, or anything you feel is worth submitting!
Projects can be submitted until the end of August. In early September all submissions will be judged by our local section awards judges and narrowed down to the top candidates.
We also want to make this an interactive award, giving the entire section the ability to choose the winner. We will post a live voting link with the top projects selected by the judges to our Section LinkedIn page. Voting will then be open until the day of the Section Awards, where we will announce the winner at the end of the program.
We can’t wait to see all your submissions!
Award Parameters
- Please fill out the form below with all the required information.
- Submissions should not include projects that have already been submitted for IES Illumination Awards.
- Only one photo can be submitted per project.
- Submissions should only be of projects under construction or completed after January 1st, 2023.
- Projects may be outside the Omaha area.
- Submissions will be accepted until the end of August 2024.
